You are not able to pay a bill early to reset your data allotment, however, you can upgrade your plan mid-cycle in order to add data, just by paying the difference between the two plans. 

For example, if you are on the 200GB plan but would like to upgrade to the 300GB plan mid-cycle, you will simply pay the difference of $10 between plans to get an additional 100GB of data.
