My personal device cannot connect to the HomeFi Titan ProUpdated a year ago

  • If possible, try to plug in an ethernet cable to your personal device and check if your personal device LAN connection is up or showing activity. 

  • Check if the SYS LED light is on.
    • If it is not, check the power cord and make sure it is connected properly. Also, ensure the power button is toggled on.
  • If your personal device’s LAN shows no activity and the CPE SYS LED is off but the power cord and ethernet cable are connected properly, then it is likely the power adapter is damaged, please contact us for further diagnosis.
