What Do I Do If My HomeFi LTE Router’s Signal Strength Light Is Low Or Not Illuminating?Updated 2 years ago
The signal strength indicator lights on your HomeFi LTE Router indicates the strength of the LTE connection it is receiving at its location.
If any of the HomeFi LTE signal strength light indicators are not illuminating or just the lowest indicator (two tick marks) is illuminating, then it is suggested to move the HomeFi LTE Router to a new location within your home or office.
It is suggested to place the HomeFi LTE Router near a window, in an area of your home or office where you get the best cellular signal.
It is also suggested that when setting down the HomeFi LTE Router in its final resting place, to try and turn it towards the window.
If you are unsure on which part of your home or office has the best and strongest cellular signal, put your cell phone into field test mode.
