What will I be charged if I send back a damaged router or a box with missing parts?Updated 2 months ago
If you cancel service and return your device, you may be subject to additional charges depending on the state of the device upon its return.
Effective February 25th:
Wireless Portable Router:
- Restock Fee $25.00
- Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes / damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $130
- Restock Fee $25.00
- Non-returned router or router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/Non-Resellable: $200.00
Edge:
- Restock Fee $25.00
- Non-returned 5G router or 5G router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/non-resellable: $300.00
Titan:
- Restock Fee $25.00
- Non-returned Titan router or Titan router with major cosmetic blemishes /damaged/broken/non-resellable: $350.00
*Please Note: ongoing sign-up offers and promotions may change the price of the one-time activation, or may exclude the fee altogether. Based on your HomeFi subscription, the device recovery fee for non-returned devices after cancellation may range from $99 to $200.
